Read Me Please:

Please select the style and size of the art you would like customized. Each option will have a different price except for the Digital File choice. The sizing for digital files of your customized art piece will be a standard sizing of 1620x2160 px. 

When checking out, please include your primary email address so that I can contact you for the color choices. Digital art will be sent to you virtually via email, and prints, both loose and framed, will be sent to the address you enter at checkout. 

  1. Custom orders are non-refundable. If you want to upgrade a size, this will be an additional fee. 
  2. Once a purchase is made, and the order is shipped, there are no returns allowed, nor can we adjust the piece once shipped. 
  3. You will receive an email update once the order is shipped with tracking information. (for print orders) 
  4. Digital files will be sent to you via email. 
  5. Upload the photo that you would want me to reference. No black and white unless there is an additional photo with color. 
  6. All custom orders will show the face, neck, and a bit of shoulders. Photo references can be a selfie or close-up. 

Loose Prints Details

What to Know:

Museum-quality made on thick matte paper. Paper thickness is 10.3 mil. Prints will come with a 1 inch white border so you have the ability to cut the edges or keep it for aesthetic purposes.

  • Loose prints are not shipped with frames and tools to hang on walls. When purchasing, it is expected to purchase a separate frame for your print from an art store or establishment that offers it.
  • Please handle with care. Do not touch print with dirty fingers, avoid touching or scratching the art. (touch the border or corners)

Frame & Canvas Prints Details

What to Know:

Framed Prints:

Black frame and ayous wood .75″ (1.9 cm) thick frame from renewable forests. Acrylite front protector and hanging hardware included.

  • Please do not press on the artwork or acrylite protector. You can clean this frame and protector with a damp cloth.
  • Print inside is matte but the protector is glossy (similar to a glass cover frame).

Canvas Prints:

Hand stretched canvas over solid wood. Mounting hardware included. Matte finish coating, acid free, poly-cotton base canvas. 1.5" (3.81 cm) deep.

  • Please clean with a damp cloth or microfiber cloth (dry) for maintenance.
  • All canvas prints will have black finishing on all four sides. (non printed canvas areas)

Shipping

All prints are fulfilled through a third party eco-friendly supplier per order.

Standard shipping will usually take 3-6 business days in delivery after 2-3 business days in processing time of purchase.

Shipment times vary per location:

  • US & UK: 3 - 6 days
  • CAN: 5 - 8 days
  • AUS: 6 -10 days
  • FRAN: 4 - 7 days
